67 year old patient came for a consult with Dr Lee to discuss her aging face. Upon examination Dr Lee noted deep tear troughs and flattening of the upper cheeks and a general dropping of her cheek area.  She also had excess skin and fat collection in her jowl and neck area. Dr Lee performed a facelift with conservative fat transfer to upper cheeks, tear trough area and nasolabial folds. Patient looks rested and fabulous and is very happy with her results.
