Areolar reduction surgery

Improves the appearance of large or puffy areolas.  Areola reduction surgery is performed by removing a circular area of the outer brown area of the areola. The skin surrounding area is then brought inwards in a purse string fashion to surround the areola. It can be performed alone, but is most commonly done in combination with either a breast reduction, breast augmentation, or breast lift.

Nipple reduction surgery 

Improves the appearance of large, long, or droopy nipples It often occurs with large areolas but can occur on its own. Nipple shortening surgery can be performed alone with a simple procedure and local anesthesia or be done in combination with either a breast reduction, breast augmentation, or breast lift.

Inverted Nipple Repair

This is a simple in house procedure that causes the nipple to protrude outwards rather than inwards. A series of specialized sutures are place around the nipple It is done under local anesthesia.
