39-year-old female, 5ft 6in, 166lbs. In the past the patient had massive weight loss which resulted in a large amount of excess skin that she wanted removed. The skin was flaccid with complete loss of skin tone and elasticity. Because of the significant amount of skin redundancy in the upper abdomen both vertically and horizontally Dr Lee performed a fleur-de-lis type of abdominoplasty which gets better tightening of the abdominal skin and better contour of the abdomen. The results are outstanding and the patient is thrilled. Photos were taken at 2 months post op and will fade with time.
