60-year-old female came to see Dr. Lee regarding a breast lift. She was 38DD-DDD. She did not want to have her breast size reduced just lifted. Dr. Lee performed an inverted T mastopexy with auto-augmentation to create more fullness in the breast without reducing breast tissue. She is very happy with the results and looks great.
