51 year old patient who had a breast augmentation in 2021. However the implants were too big for her body and resulted in sagging breasts. The patient wanted to have the implant removed with capsulectomy together with a mastopexy to improve the breast appearance. In the patient’s own words “Dr. Lee did a great job!
