32-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee after losing 80lbs and troubled by excess skin and sagging in her breasts and abdomen. She is 5ft 1” and weighs 155lbs. She was a 32C – D cup, the left side larger than the right side and significant ptosis. Her abdomen had a significant amount of excess fat in the upper and lower sections with abdominal wall distention. She has little tone of elasticity in the area. Patient decided to do a 2-part surgery. She first did a breast augment with lift and Dr. Lee used Sientra silicone gel implants 415cc in the right side and 385cc in the left side to improve the asymmetry. At a second surgery the patient had abdominoplasty. She loves her new body shape and contours.
