32-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee after losing 80lbs. She is 5ft 1” and weighs 155lbs. She wanted to improve her breast and abdomen. She was a 32C to D cup, the left side larger than the right side and significant ptosis. Her abdomen had a significant amount of excess fat in the upper and lower sections with abdominal wall distention. She has little tone of elasticity in the area. Patient decided to do a 2-part surgery. She first did a breast augment with lift and Dr. Lee used Sientra silicone gel implants 415cc in the right side and 385cc in the left side to improve the asymmetry. At a second surgery the patient had abdominoplasty. She loves her new body shape and contours.
