67-year-old woman came to see Dr. Lee to discuss breast augmentation surgery. She had previously had breast augmentation surgery and breast removal surgery but was unhappy with the appearance and size of her breasts. She is 5ft 7in and weighs 122lbs. Dr. Lee used 270 cc saline implants. It was a slightly more complicated surgery as there was a buildup of scar tissue and loose supportive structure from previous surgeries. Dr. Lee was able to repair the pocket and place the implants. The patient is very grateful and happy to have her new shape and size.
