64-year-old patient had breast augmentation with saline implants in 2001. She had severe capsular contracture with migration of the implant on the right side and partial deflation and rippling on the left side. The implants were 23 years old at the time and the patient was ready to have them removed. Dr. Lee performed breast implant removal with total capsulectomy and a breast lift. Patient is grateful to have the implants removed and to be a smaller size.
