36-year-old patient who had previously had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Lee. She was now considering a tummy tuck and fat grafting to the face. She had very little excess fat in the abdomen but did have distension of the lower abdomen. She had significant rectus diastasis (muscle separation in the belly) due to her pregnancies which caused her a lot of pain. Dr. Lee performed a mini abdominoplasty repairing her belly muscles. He then went on to do some fat transfer to her face. The patient reports her back pain is gone and her abdomen feels supported. She is very happy with the results of her surgery.
