45-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee with issues concerning her breast symmetry. Due to abnormal development her left side had developed as an A cup and her right side as C cup. After multiple surgeries including left side implant and right-side lift to correct her asymmetry, she was now experiencing pain on her left side implant and some symptoms of breast implant illness. She was currently right-side DD cup and left-side D cup. She wanted to restore herself to her natural state by removing the implant on the left side and achieve better symmetry. Dr. Lee performed left side breast implant removal with capsulectomy and lift and right-side breast reduction achieving a natural look with great symmetry.
