32-year-old patient from Portland Oregon who wanted to go from a 30B cup to a C cup. She is 5 ft 2 in and weighs 130lbs. She decided on 255cc silicone gel implants. Dr John Lee placed the implants under the muscle via an incision at the crease of the lower breast (inframammary incision).
