Return 60-year-old patient who consulted with Dr. Lee regarding Breast Implant Removal and liposuction of the flanks. Her implants were 20 years old and she had noticed a slight deflation on one side. She had no desire for implants anymore. She had originally been an A and augmented to a C cup range. Dr Lee performed Implant Removal with capsulectomy so that there was no residual capsules left in her body. He also performed an inverted T-Mastopexy and went on to liposuction her flanks. The patient is very happy with the results of her surgery.
