75-year-old patient who was concerned about the heavy jowling in the lower face including heavy marionette lines as well as with her neck contour. Upon examination Dr. Lee also noted very full buccal fat pads that added to the fullness of the jowls and suggested buccal fat pad removal. The patient had a Facelift with buccal fat pad removal.
