59-year-old return patient. She had previously had a tummy tuck with Dr. Lee. She was now interested in rejuvenation facial surgery. She was not happy with the bags under her eyes and the contour of her neck. Upon examination she had sagging of the cheeks with deep nasolabial folds and excess fat and sagging in the neck area. She also had fat pads under the eyes and deepening of tear troughs. Dr. Lee performed a Facelift and Lower Blepharoplasty with fat transfer to tear troughs, cheeks and lips.
