48-year-old woman considering breast implant removal. She had breast augmentation surgery 11 years ago and was augmented from a 34AA to 34DD cup size. She had recently had a mammogram which revealed a possible rupture on one side so she decided it was time to either do an implant exchange or an implant removal. She decided on removal and is very happy with the results.
