46-year-old female came to see Dr. Lee to discuss breast implant exchange surgery. She had her original breast augmentation surgery 22 years ago and even though she had no problems decided it was time to have them removed and replaced. She was currently DD cup size and the implants were saline. She also wanted to go a little bit smaller to a C cup range. She is 5ft 6in and 122lbs. She did have very wide cleavage and because of that Dr. Lee suggested to include a breast lift to help with centralizing the breasts. Breast implant exchange with capsulectomy and a breast lift was performed with 300cc gel implants. The patient is very pleased with the results of her surgery.
