48-year-old patient presented for breast implant removal. She originally underwent breast augmentation in 2019, increasing from an 32D to F cup size with silicone implants. She wanted her implants removed because she felt they were too large and she was experiencing some back pain due to the implant size. The capsules had thickened and firmed leading to a distorted shape.
