25 year old patient, from Portland, OR consulted with Dr Lee regarding breast augmentation. The patient is 5 ft 4 in and weighs 131lbs. She wanted to go from a small A cup to a C cup. She chose 300cc silicone gel implants. The incision point was the inframammary fold, the breast crease. In her words, “wow, they look amazing.”
