52-year-old return patient who wanted a mini facelift (aka Necklift) and fat transfer to the face. She had noticed some aging signs and wanted to be refreshed. She had very mild jowling or skin redundancy and no excess fat in the upper neck area. She did have some flattening of the upper cheeks, mild nasolabial folds and thin lips. Dr. Lee performed a mini facelift and fat transfer to the upper cheeks, tear troughs, nasolabial folds and lips.
