A 67-year-old patient sought to rejuvenate her facial appearance. She presented with facial sagging, full jowls, downward projection on the corners of the lips that creates deep marionette lines and thin lips. Her neck skin is thin and crepey. To address all the concerns, Dr. Lee performed a facelift with fat transfer to the cheeks, lower eyes and nasolabial folds. She opted out of fat transfer to the lips and chose Restylane in the lips and deeply etched lines above the lips and on the corners of the lips. This comprehensive approach restored facial volume, improved contour, and created a more refreshed, natural-looking appearance.
