68-year-old patient had concerns about her lower face and lower eyes. She had some drooping in her cheeks and full jowls with deep marionette lines and nasolabial folds. The lower eyelids had deep tear troughs and fat pads. Dr. Lee performed face lift surgery along with fat transfer to the tear trough, cheeks, upper half of nasolabial and lips.
