71 year old male who came to see Dr. Lee to improve his lower eyelid region. He feels young but his eyes were not showing it. Examination showed significant protrusion of fat pads in the lower eyelids, the left being worse than the right. He also had deep tear troughs and flat upper cheeks. Dr. Lee performed lower blepharoplasty surgery with fat transfer to the tear troughs and upper cheek areas. He is very pleased with his results.
