62-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee wanting to improve her upper and lower eyes. There was a significant amount of excess skin in the upper eyelids and fat pads under her lower eyes and deep tear troughs. Dr. Lee performed upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to tear troughs and upper cheeks. She is so happy with her results that she is planning on scheduling more surgery with Dr. Lee in the future.
