59-year-old male who came to see Dr. Lee to improve his lower eyelid region. Examination showed significant protrusion of fat pads in the lower eyelids. He also had deep tear troughs and flat cheeks. Dr. Lee performed lower blepharoplasty surgery with fat transfer to the tear troughs and upper cheek areas. He is very pleased with his results.
