44-year-old patient came to discuss her eyes with Dr. Lee. She was self-conscious about the bags under her eyes and wanted to improve the contour. She had protrusion of fat pads in the lower eyes and deep tear troughs. She also had excess skin in her upper eyes and flat mid cheek area.
