27 year old patient came for a consult with Dr Lee to discuss breast augmentation. She is 5ft 5in and weighs 140lbs. She was a 36C cup and wanted to go up to a D cup. After discussion with Dr Lee she decided on 371cc silicone filled implants placed under the muscle. The incision point was under the breast crease. The patient also had liposuction surgery on her abdomen. She is very happy with the results of her surgery.
