A 78-year-old return patient presented for breast implant exchange. She originally underwent breast augmentation in 1975, increasing from an A to a B cup with silicone implants. In 2003, she had an implant exchange due to rupture and transitioned to saline implants, reaching a C cup. Over time, she developed severe capsular contracture, resulting in very firm implants and a current D cup size.

While implant removal was discussed, she preferred to maintain her volume. After consultation, she selected 415cc silicone gel implants. She is 5’5″, 150 lbs
