A 50-year-old patient presented for Breast Implant Removal and a Breast Lift aka Mastopexy. She originally underwent breast augmentation with saline implants in 1996 at 21 years old going from an A to DD. She immediately knew they were too big for her but lived with them for the past 30 years. She had developed severe capsular contracture especially on the right side which resulted in breast shape distortion. For these reasons she wanted her implants removed and a breast lift.

Dr. Lee performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy and a breast lift—creating a smaller and more natural looking breast shape.
