48 year old patient who came to see Dr. Lee for breast reduction surgery. She was 36-38G cup size. She was experiencing severe neck, back and shoulder pain. She had been 440lbs and had a massive weight loss which resulted in a significant amount of skin redundancy . Liposuction was also performed. After breast reduction surgery the patient is in the range of full C to D cup.
