45-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee to discuss Breast Reduction surgery. She felt her breast size was disproportionate to her body size and shape and she found it hard to find bras and clothes that fit right. She is 5ft 2in and weighs 140lbs. She was a 32 G cup size and wanted to be reduced to full C to D cup range. The final size and aesthetics are great and patient is very happy with the result.
