39-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee for breast reduction surgery. She disliked the heaviness of her breasts as well as the aesthetics. She is 5ft 3in and weighs 154lbs. She was approximately a DDD size with the left side larger than the right side. She did have notable grooves in the shoulder region due to the heaviness of her breasts. Dr. Lee performed breast reduction surgery resulting in a full C cup size. The patient is very pleased with her result. In the patient’s words “He truly did an amazing job!
