67-year-old patient who came for a consult with Dr. Lee to discuss improvements to her face, neck and lip lines. She did have deepening of tear troughs, loss of upper cheek volume, deep nasolabial folds and a significant amount of skin redundancy in the neck as well as prominent platysmal bands (neck bands). These are all normal symptoms of aging. Dr. Lee did a facelift with fat transfer to the tear troughs, cheeks and upper nasolabial fold and lips. He also injected Juvederm into the deeply etched lip lines and tightened the platysmal bands. She is very happy with her results. Note the improved jaw line lifted cheeks, improved lip lines and neck bands.
