65-year-old patient who wanted to improve her upper and lower eyes as well as tighten her face and neck. She previously had upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Lee and later scheduled her facelift surgery. After examination and consultation Dr. Lee determined that she did have a significant amount of cheek drooping and deepened marionette lines and nasolabial folds along with jowling in the lower face. There was no angle from the chin to the lower neck. Dr. Lee performed facelift surgery with conservative fat transfer to give her a natural look. She is very happy with the results of her surgery.
