After losing a significant amount of weight she was not happy with the noticeable amount of excess skin in her upper arms from the top of her arms to the elbows. Dr. Lee performed brachioplasty surgery and the patient is very happy with the results. The scarring will fade but the scar runs along the inside of the arm to help with less visibility .

After examination Dr. Lee found upper arm skin was very thin with loss of tone and elasticity and a crepey consistency to her skin. Mini Brachioplasty Case No. 8
A 37-year-old patient consulted with Dr. John Lee regarding excess fat in her upper arms following a 45-pound weight loss. Given her good skin tone and mild residual fat, Dr. Lee recommended a mini brachioplasty rather than a full arm lift which would have more extensive visible scarring.
The procedure achieved a contoured, toned appearance, and she is very pleased with her results.
