Neck Lift Case No. 1
65 year old patient from Portland Oregon came to Dr Lee to discuss her neck. She felt that it did not fit the rest of her body and her face . She had a significant weight loss in the past. Her neck did have significant excess skin and marked looseness. She also had some hollowing of the mid cheek area and deep nasolabial folds and marionette lines. The patient wanted a very natural and age appropriate look. After consultation with Dr Lee she decided on a necklift. Dr Lee also did some fat transfers to different areas of the face. The patient is very happy with the results of her surgery.

Neck Lift Case No. 2
63 year old patient from Portland Oregon came to see Dr John Lee for a consult regarding her neck appearance and wished to improve her neck contour. She did have signifcant laxity of skin in the mid and lower face and heavy jowls causing deepening of the marionette lines. There was a loss of neck angle with a line going straight from her chin down to the lower neck area. Dr Lee performed a necklift with fat transfers to the tear troughs, upper cheeks, nasolabial folds and chin depression. Patient looks fantastic and is very happy with her results especially her new neck contour.

Necklift Case No. 5
52-year-old return patient who wanted a mini facelift (aka Necklift) and fat transfer to the face. She had noticed some aging signs and wanted to be refreshed. She had very mild jowling or skin redundancy and no excess fat in the upper neck area. She did have some flattening of the upper cheeks, mild nasolabial folds and thin lips. Dr. Lee performed a mini facelift and fat transfer to the upper cheeks, tear troughs, nasolabial folds and lips.
