The capsules had become very thick and calcified due to the body’s scar tissue response to contain the leakage. Dr. Lee meticulously removed the capsule along with the implant to prevent further leakage into the surrounding tissue. The patient expressed immense relief post-surgery and is now on the path to recovery!
