41 year old patient came to consult with Dr Lee regarding breast implant removal. Breast Augmentation surgery had been performed 5 years previously. She had been 34 A cup size and increased to D with gel implants 355cc. She also has capsular contracture. Her skin quality was reasonably good so Dr Lee advised the breasts would tighten up and she would not need a mastopexy. Dr Lee performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy. She is happy with the results.
