47 year old patient  came to consult with Dr Lee regarding implant implant removal due to breast implant illness symptoms that she had experienced for the past two years. Breast Augmentation surgery had been performed 5 years previously. She had been small C cup size and increased to DD with gel implants 457cc. She also has capsular contracture. She also required a breast lift. Dr Lee performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy with an inverted-T mastopexy. She is happy with the results.
