62-year-old woman who was deciding whether to have breast implant exchange or removal. The original augmentation surgery was in 2006 and she went from a 36A cup to 36D cup. However the implants became encapsulated and hard. Due to the fact that that she had significant capsular contracture and therefore there was a high likelihood of recurrence of capsular contracture. She decided to have the implants removed with a lift. The patient is very happy with her decision and is thrilled with the results.
