44-year-old woman who wanted to have her implants removed due to possible rupture, capsular contracture and symptoms of breast implant illness. She had Allergan implants 378 ml textured silicone get implants. Her implant surgery was in 2007. Dr Lee performed bilateral breast implant removal with total capsulectomy and mastopexy. Because the implants were textured the capsule was sent to the lab for testing. The patients is happy to have the implants removed and likes her natural B sized breasts.
