63 year old patient who came to see Dr. Lee to improve her upper and lower eye area. Examination showed a small amount of excess fat in the upper lids and marked protrusion of fat pads in the lower lids. She also had deep tear troughs and flat upper cheeks. Dr. Lee performed upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery with fat transfer to the tear troughs and upper cheek areas. She is very happy with the results of her surgery.
