68-year-old patient wanted to improve her face and lower eyes. There was pronounced fat pads in the lower eyes and a significant amount of drooping in the cheeks and deepening of nasolabial folds. Dr. Lee performed a facelift and lower blepharoplasty with selective fat transfer to the tear troughs, cheeks and upper half of the nasolabial folds. The patient looks and feels refreshed.
