77-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee to discuss her aging face. She was concerned about her under eye bags as well as her jawline and neck. She had ptosis of her cheeks, full jowls, protrusion of fat pads under the eyes and deepening marionette lines. Dr. Lee performed facelift and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to tear troughs, cheeks and nasolabial folds. The patient is very happy with the results of her surgery.
