40-year-old patient came to see Dr. Lee for breast reduction and a tummy tuck. She had a massive weight loss 15 months prior to her consultation with Dr. Lee and wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts and tummy. She was approximately a DDD cup size with the left side larger than the right side. She is 5ft 7in and weighs 180lbs. There was a significant loss of tone and elasticity to her breasts.
