44-year-old female who wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She was a 38D cup size. She wanted to look natural and yet have significant increase in fullness. She also had one breast larger than the other and significant sagging of both breasts. To achieve the look she wanted Dr. Lee performed breast augmentation and inverted T-mastopexy.
