52 year old patient who came for a breast lift consultation with Dr. John Lee. She was currently a 34D and liked the size but not the sagging. She is 5ft 10in and 153lbs. After consultation the patient decided to have a breast augmentation with a breast lift. The implants would fill out the upper poles, without the implants the patient could be left with a concave contour or “scooped looked” in the upper poles of the breast. Sientra implants were used, 440 moderate profile in the right and 410 moderate profile in the left. In the patient’s own words “I am so grateful to Dr. Lee, he did such a fantastic job!”
