61 year old patient from Tacoma, WA wanted to have her breast implants removed. Her breast augmentation surgery was done 22 years ago. She went from A cup to D cup. Now due to lifestyle choices she no longer wants breast implants. Upon examination Dr. Lee determined she had developed capsular contracture. The patient decided she did not want a lift. Dr. Lee performed breast implant removal with capsulectomy. In the patient’s words. “I’m super happy and so comfortable without the implants”.
