61 year old patient from Vancouver, WA who wanted to have her breast implants removed. Her first augmentation surgery was performed 24 years ago. She went from a small B cup to DD cup range and her breasts were much larger than she wanted. She had breast implant exchange with a vertical lift (mastopexy) 9 years later with slightly smaller implants. She was not happy with the size or the shape of her breasts after that surgery and when she came to see Dr. Lee she just wanted her implants removed. Upon examination she had developed capsular contracture and distortion of breast shape. Dr. Lee performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy and inverted T mastopexy.
