40 year old patient from Oregon. Her original surgery was a breast augmentation with saline implants in 2005 and she went from a full C cup range to a DDD cup size. She was not sure of the size of the implants that were placed. The patient no longer felt like she needed implants. And she thought they may have been leaking. After Dr. Lee’s examination it was determined that she had some capsular contracture and some ptosis, (sagging). The patient decided to have breast implant removal with a lift. The size of her areolar were also reduced. The implants that were removed were intact and not leaking. The photos were taken 2 months after surgery. The patient is very happy with the results of her surgery.
